Auto Control Systems is a US company that specializes in programming and building automated control systems that use US made Velocio programmable logic controllers (PLC). I have been working with the Velocio platform since 2016 and have good experience with Advanced HMI as well.
Velocio PLCs are very versatile, reliable yet economical, and can be supported well long distance via email with excellent free software! Data can be saved even when the system is shut down or loses power. A large array of analog and digital inputs, as well as analog and digital outputs are available and can vary depending on the application’s requirements.
The Velocio PLC is also capable of RS232, RS485, and Modbus RTU serial communications. Data logging of the running system is possible using Advanced HMI or other available HMIs for system operation, program development, or troubleshooting.
